How long does it take to register or apply for an active job search?

Once you have completed the application process, you should receive a confirmation email.

How does the selection process work?

The process may vary from one position to another. In general terms, after receiving your application and verifying your profile, the person responsible for Talent Acquisition will contact you to move forward to the next stage, which involves an interview with Human Resources and, at a second stage, with a representative from a specific business line or department. In case you move forward satisfactorily, you will continue with the onboarding process.

If my application is not successful, can I apply again at a later date?

Yes, your new application will be welcome. The situation and the requirements may change, as may the employment opportunities we offer.

If I am not selected for a position, do I get any feedback?

Yes, in case you are not selected, we will contact you to let you know that you will not be moving forward in the process.

If you advance, the next step is the pre-employment exams.

We usually conduct virtual and/or face-to-face interviews, which last about an hour.

How long can a job search take overall?

The time the process takes can vary depending on the job search. Please bear in mind that there are several instances and that they must be coordinated depending on the availability of the people involved. We recommend you contact the Talent Acquisition representative who supports you during the process with any questions you might have.
